Orders Placed Before December 15, 2024
- Dispatch: Orders will be shipped within 1–3 days.
- Delivery: For most countries and regions, delivery is anticipated by December 23.
Order Placed After December 15, 2024
- Dispatch: Orders will be shipped within 1–3 days.
- Delivery: Heightened demand during the holiday season may result in longer delivery times. Consequently, delivery by December 23 cannot be guaranteed.
A Caveat: Orders containing pre-ordered items are excluded from the aforementioned timelines. For instance, the Dusk 24GB+1TB model, available in selected stores, is expected to ship within 1–2 weeks. Please consult the relevant purchasing page for precise details.
REDMAGIC 10 Pro Orders
- Dispatch: Orders will be shipped within 1–3 days.
- Delivery: While we aim to minimize delays, logistical challenges during the festive period may extend delivery times to 5–12 days, depending on region or store.
A Caveat: Pre-ordered items, such as the Dusk 24GB+1TB model, are dispatched separately and adhere to different schedules. Please refer to the purchasing page for further clarity.
