The sleek-looking buds come in a matching case that illuminates to indicate the battery life and adds an overall gamer aesthetic that syncs beautifully with REDMAGIC devices and gadgets. Each featherlight earpiece has 60mAh of battery life, and an additional 500mAh battery fitted into the case for up to 20 hours of audio output. They’re lightweight and comfortable enough to be worn for long stretches of time. You can charge them with a USB type-C charger which comes in the box, along with an additional set of wing-tipped earpieces.
According to a test conducted by Gamesky for their YouTube channel, the Cyberpods have a low-latency gaming mode of 39ms so you don’t miss out on any in-game action or communication. They also have enhanced bass and vocal tones that deliver a sound performance that’s ideal for listening to music and watching movies. The microphone has clarity that is suitable for in-game conversations and phone calls.
The earpieces are compatible with most of the Android devices currently available on the market, but they work best with the REDMAGIC 7, 7 Pro, 7S Pro, and the REDMAGIC 8 which is scheduled to be released soon.
A Faster Charging Brick
To minimize the downtime between games, REDMAGIC is releasing a pair of powerful and compact GaN charging bricks for the global market. They’re each equipped with charging outputs of 100W and 120W respectively, and an intelligent shunt that automatically adjusts the current output depending on the device that’s being charged.
REDMAGIC 100W 4 Ports Transparent Quick Charger
An article on PCMag reports that a standard 100W charger can completely charge a 4500mAh battery in 15 minutes. REDMAGIC’s 100W multiport charger comes in a futuristic transparent design that is complementary to all our other accessories and gadgets. The exquisite blend of artistic inspiration and metallic textures reveals the internal components of the brick for a hardcore tech aesthetic. It features a single Type-C to Type-C port with an output of 100W, and four USB ports of 25W each that can be utilized simultaneously. The new and improved GaN chip ensures that heat dissipation is maintained even if there is more than one device fast charging on the brick.
REDMAGIC 120W Quick Charger
The REDMAGIC 120W Quick Charger is the size of a bank card, however, it’s powerful enough to fully charge a 13-inch MacBook in approximately 2 hours, according to lab tests. The newest generation GaN chip provides 120W of power while paying close attention to high heat dissipation and thermal conductivity while maintaining low energy loss levels. It supports the latest Type-C to Type-C cable connection which delivers a charging output that is generally faster than the traditional USB to Type-C connection, according to ComputerWorld.com
