Is Leakage Covered Under My REDMAGIC 11 Pro Warranty?
While our REDMAGIC 11 Pro AquaCore cooling system is entirely safe and well-engineered, we know that you may still have concerns about liquid being so close to your device. Rest assured knowing that our AquaCore system had undergone tens of thousands of drop tests—exceeding industry standards—to ensure real-world reliability.
We do need to state that in extreme cases where excessive external force is applied, the liquid cooling film may experience slight leakage. However, the cooling fluid is non-conductive and used in very small quantities, so it will not cause liquid ingress, short-circuiting, or corrosion to the motherboard.
If any leakage is detected, our after-sales service center will conduct a professional inspection to determine whether the cause was human-induced. Based on the inspection results, the repair may fall under free warranty service or paid repair.

Will My REDMAGIC Charger Be Compatible In My Country?
At REDMAGIC, we aim to make life as simple and convenient as possible. This is why our charging adapters are designed to remain compatible, depending on where you are.
For REDMAGIC orders from Australia (AU), New Zealand (NZ), Chile (CL), Saudi Arabia (SA), United Arab Emirates (UAE), Singapore (SG), Macau (MO), Hong Kong (HK), United Kingdom (GB), Kuwait (KW), India (IN), Middle East (MEA), we will include extra REDMAGIC 80W Fast Charger to ensure compatibility with your country’s standards.
Customers in Chile will receive the version with a European charger, and customers in the Philippines will receive the version with a Type A charger.
