FAQs

  • How do I repair or return my device?

    Please see below for a quick step-by-step tutorial for creating an RMA:

    • Step 1: Go to your order page and click the Service request button to begin your repair and warranty claim.
    • Step 2: Select RMA Type. You can select Return, Replacement, or Repair.
    • Step 3: Choose Items.
    • Step 4: Fill in Reasons and other required messages, then submit the application.
    • Step 5: We will send you an email and you need fullfill the tracking info. You can also go to the RMA list page and click See details to fullfill the tracking info.
    • Step 6: Send over the product(s).

    Please note: Self Service RMA is only applicable to devices purchased on REDMAGIC.gg. You will need to contact REDMAGIC Customer Support Team if you purchased your device from one of our official distributors.

  • How long will the repair take?

    Normally, a repairment take 5–7 days.

    Note: To process your repair request quickly, we suggest that you ship your phone as soon as possible once your request is approved.

  • Do I pay for the return shipping fee?

    When returning your order, please pay for the initial shipment fee. We do not pay for delivery upon arrival of your return, and packages where insufficient postage has been paid will be rejected or sent back to you. After testing and confirming the product(s) meets the return criteria, we will reimburse the shipping fee. However, if the product(s) does not meet the return criteria, you will need to pay both counts of shipping fees for us to ship your product(s) back to you.

  • How can I find my IMEI code?

    You can type “*#06#” on your dailing page, or find it in your phone box. If there are two IMEI codes, please select the first one.

  • What should I do if my device doesn't pass the inspection?

    In this case, we will send you an email to remind you, and you should pay for the shipping fee, so that we will send back the device for you. You can go to the rma list page and click the "See Detail" button to pay the shipping fee. Moreover, you can contact us via: support@redmagic.gg for more informations.

  • Why can't I submit my request?

    If you can't submit your request, please make sure you have fullfill all required infomations. If you get a "Submit Fail" tip, you can reference the message to find out what's wrong and try again.
