Terms and Conditions for REDMAGIC XP and REDMAGIC XP Shop

1. To be eligible to participate in the REDMAGIC XP system, you must have a REDMAGIC account with a valid email address.
2. Participants must be in a country/location we can ship to in order to claim and use coupon prizes. See our Shipping and Policy page to learn more about what countries/locations we can ship to.
3. REDMAGIC XP is bound to the participant’s account and cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash value.
4. Refer to the following for the different actions that can be taken to earn REDMAGIC XP and for the corresponding value of XP earned.
5. Once a sufficient amount of REDMAGIC XP is collected it can then be used to redeem coupons from the REDMAGIC XP Shop.
6. After a coupon has been redeemed the participant will be given a code to use during the checkout process. Refer to the following for additional rules on how the coupons function.
• a. Coupons from the REDMAGIC XP Shop are single-use coupons and are tied to their specific product or products.
• b. Only one coupon can be used per order, they cannot be combined with other coupons.
• c. Coupons cannot be traded among participants or refunded for money value.
7. When purchasing items on REDMAGIC XP, all taxes are handled as described on our Shipping and Policy page
8. When purchasing items on the REDMAGIC XP Shop, a phone is required in order to have free shipping.
9. REDMAGIC may modify the XP value of activities that earn XP and may modify the XP value of items in the REDMAGIC XP Shop after posting on the REDMAGIC website, which are in effect upon announcement.
10. Coupons redeemed with REDMAGIC XP are valid for 30 days and for orders over £100.
11. Should a participant use a coupon to purchase an item and wish to refund it, they will only receive a monetary refund for the amount spent. REDMAGIC XP cannot be refunded to the participant’s account.
12. REDMAGIC holds the right to end the REDMAGIC XP and REDMAGIC XP system at any time, in the unlikely event of this happening, all participants will be given a 30-day notice in advance in order to use their collected REDMAGIC XP.
13. REDMAGIC reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any point during the event.
14. Private Information collected by REDMAGIC will be protected and not disclosed to any third parties.
