Are You Ready For The Best Upcoming Mobile Games?
Are you ready for the best upcoming mobile games? Do you know what they are? Don’t worry, if you don’t, we’re about to tell you what they are and why they’re going to be so great. But even more importantly, is your phone ready for the best upcoming mobile games? Well, if it isn’t a REDMAGIC phone, it probably isn’t. But hey, here’s four great reasons to get one!
League of Legends: Wild Rift
If you have played the PC version of League of Legends, or any MOBA in the past decade, then you know exactly what this game is all about. Just in case you’ve never played a MOBA game before, it’s a 5v5 team game, fighting for control of the map and more specifically, three lanes that cross the map and are protected by defensive towers from each team. Each team fights to destroy the towers and eventually push into the opposing team’s base and destroy the final structure there. To do so, each player controls a powerful champion with unique skills and roles that levels up and can purchase powerful items during the match to become even more powerful on the battlefield! It’s a fast-paced game where working as a team is just as important as your own skills.
Currently, it is in open-beta for select countries and should be released later this year. You can download the game or pre-register it from the Google Play Store.
Apex Legends
Originally a very popular PC and console game, Apex Legends is now getting a mobile port for mobile gamers to enjoy. Just like other popular battle-royal games, in Apex Legends, players are dropped into a battlefield that is littered with gear for them to fight over, all the while the map is shrinking on them, forcing them to keep moving and to be creative to win. As if all this wasn’t enough, Apex Legends puts in the fun twist of making everyone play as a hero with a unique set of skills, completely changing the play style and experience of not only the game but each character from each other.
Scheduled to come out between October 2021 and September 2022, we’re definitely keeping our eyes open for it and hoping it comes out sooner rather than later. You can check out this in-depth article about the game and read about some implementations we’re hoping to see at techradar.
Devil May Cry
Devil May Cry is a game franchise as old or older than most gamers and if you haven’t tried your hand at this game franchise, then you have missed out on some true gaming classics. Authorized by CAPCOM, the developers at Yun Chang Games are working their magic to bring this classic title to the mobile gaming environment. On mobile we’ll get to play as Dante, fighting his way through hordes of demons in this new story to the franchise. Gameplay wise, we will get to enjoy the franchise’s awesome free flowing combat system with its focus on awesome hack and slash combos, but now on mobile!
Currently in beta for select countries and hopefully getting launched globally soon. You can keep up with the latest news about Devil May Cry on mobile here at GamingonPhone.
Valorant
A new and awesomely popular game from Riot Games, Valorant takes everything we loved from Counter Strike and Blizzard’s Overwatch games and smashed them together for this new 5v5 FPS team game. Choose one of six agents to play as, each with their own very unique set of special skills that ensures no two agents play the same way. Once you have your agent decided, you and 4 other new, or old, buddies will duke it out against 5 other players, trying to set a bomb just like in Counter Strike or just trying to eliminate the other players over the course of a few rounds per match. With only one round per match, you’re going to have to stay on your toes, adapting to new tactics on the fly to stay ahead!
So far the mobile release for Valorant is just a rumor circulating across the internet after players looked deep into the game’s code and found a mobile UI control scheme. It makes sense for the game to go mobile as this genre has seen great success on mobile and this is already a super popular game. You can read more about this discovery over at Daily Esports.
