  • REDMAGIC is a sub-brand of Nubia with registered offices at the following address:

  • Contract - the sales contract concluded by the seller and the buyer according to this clause.

  • Order - A request made by a buyer on a Web site to purchase and deliver the goods selected on the Web site at the address specified in the request.

  • Buyers are citizens who intend to order, purchase or use goods on the website for personal, family, and other needs unrelated to entrepreneurial activities.

  • Commodity - the object of sale (thing) that has not been seized or restricted in civil circulation and is sold on the website by placing it in the corresponding part of the website.

Payments

Prices and currencies displayed at checkout are final. REDMAGIC or the Seller does not charge extra transaction fees. If you are paying for your order with an international credit or debit card, the price displayed in your card statement may vary in accordance with exchange rates. Your bank or card issuer may also charge additional foreign conversion charges and fees, which may increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or card issuer regarding any fees incurred.

The following policy is only applicable to products directly purchased from https://redmagic.gg/. If you purchase the products through any other channel, please contact the verdor or platform that sells the product to you.

If a defect covered by this limited warranty occurs during the limited warranty period, we reserve the right to either repair or replace your Product(s) as appropriate, or in some cases we may refund you if the product cannot be repaired or replace. If your product/s are not covered by the warranty, you will be charged for inspection and/or repair of the product/s.

 

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY

Please note that our Warranty does not cover the following:

--Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse or not following the proper use guidelines;

--Products that have not been stored correctly; or were damaged due to environmental factors such as liquid, moisture, dampness, sand or dirt;

--Unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress/damage;

--Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage;

--Defects or damage resulting from excessive force or use of metallic objects on the touch screen (if applicable);

--Devices that have the serial number or the IMEI number removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible;

--Ordinary wear and tear;

--Defects or damage resulting from the use of the product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by us, the original manufacturer;

--Any physical feature defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or approved by us;

--Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as (without limitation) collision with an object, fire, flooding, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source;

--Defects or damage resulting from cellular signal reception or transmission, or viruses and other software problems introduced into the product;

--Products not purchased from https://redmagic.gg/;

--Repairs conducted by a non-accreddited or approved service centre. This exclusion extends to any circumstance where a service/repair centre that has not been approved by us has opened the device for testing and/or repair, notwithstanding the fact that any repair work may not have ultimately taken place.

--Consumable items, including but not limited to phone case and screen protector.

--Problems and Faults Caused by Computer Viruses

 

Repaired or replaced parts, or products, will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or for 90 calendar days from the date of repair, whichever is longer.

 

We reserve the right to repair or replace your product with a new or re-furbished device, provided that the replacement is substantially equal to or better than the returned device. Your Product presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished products of the same type rather than the defective products being repaired. Ownership of all parts or defective product/s that have been replaced or exchanged will immediately transfer to us and you will have no further claim to the product/s that were returned and duly replaced or refunded.

 

This Warranty does not cover downloaded content, 3rd party software or settings. It is also your sole responsibility to back up all content before making a warranty claim. The repair or replacement of products may result in loss of user’s data. We will not be liable for any losses (including loss of data) on any device which has been sent to us for repair or replacement.

 

 

SHIPPING 

If your Product is Dead on Arrival (DOA), please contact us by email within 24 hours from the time that the product was delivered to you on support@redmagic.gg and please clearly state your order number and attach sufficient and clear photos of the product’s condition. We will only reimburse the shipping fee after inspection and confirmation that your device is within warranty and was accordingly dead on arrival.

 

You should contact our customer service on support@redmagic.gg before sending your product to us for inspection, repair or replacement.

 

You will be liable for the freight costs of the  returned product if the Warranty period for the product has expired.

 

If you are shipping any product that exceeds $50, we strongly suggest that you consider using a reputable and traceable shipping service or alternatively purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product and we will not be liable for any losses incurred during the shipping process.

 

The time required for a repaired or replaced product to reach you may vary depending on where you live. Please contact us on support@redmagic.gg should you have any furtehr queries in this regard.

 

For all other after-sales problems or queries, please submit a support ticket or contact support@redmagic.gg directly. We will endeavour to provide you with a solution insofar as is possible and practical.
