How Does the REDMAGIC 11 Air Differ From the 11 Pro?
We’ve just launched our newest Air Series device with the long-awaited 11 Air, hot on the heels of our 11 Pro. However, you might be wondering which of our newcomers to choose and how they compare. The obvious difference is that the 11 Air was built as a more lightweight version of the 11 Pro, offering a slimmer frame and lighter design.
While the 11 Air runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite, the 11 Pro takes it up a notch with Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processing. Likewise, the 11 Air makes use of our ICE cooling system with a vapor chamber, turbo fan, and Graphene layering, while the 11 Pro uses our pioneering AquaCore liquid cooling system combined with a 3D vapor chamber, Liquid Metal 3.0, and a turbo fan.

Why Are There Droplets Forming Inside My REDMAGIC Phone?
If you notice small droplets gathering between the glass panel and the back of your phone, it is most likely a simple case of condensation. A small amount of condensation is perfectly normal when using a cooler on a hot smartphone and will not damage your phone or internal components. Many smartphones using coolers will also show signs of condensation; it's simply more apparent if your device has a glass back panel. Simply leave the phone alone for a few minutes or hours, and the condensation should evaporate on its own.

Does the REDMAGIC Astra Gaming Tablet Support Game Controllers?
Our REDMAGIC Astra gaming tablet was built to be versatile and offer flexible gaming options. This is you can use game controllers with the Atra through Bluetooth or USB-C connections. It is important to note that stretchable gamepads from different brands may have different physical parameters that may not be compatible with the Astra. We recommend evaluating the compatibility with the Astra’s dimensions and USB port position before proceeding. For optimal compatibility, we suggest using the Bluetooth-enabled REDMAGIC Shadow Blade Gamepad 3 for the best gaming experience.
